Running…
Thanks to Glenn I’m actually doing it. I’m running. I know, there’s something wrong with me. We’re doing interval training (run 2 minutes, walk 2 minutes). That’s the only way I would make it 1.5 miles, and still be a tolerable person to be around. Here’s the map of our run/walk today.
Run Stats:
- 20 minute run
- 1.42 miles
- 14:07 minutes/mile
- 201 calories burned
I’ll keep posting my progress here in hopes that it will help motivate me to stick with it.
